What you need

To benefit from using this tool, you need to have a good knowledge of how well the scorecard is:

used as a management tool
decentralised
disseminated and shared publicly
institutionalised in accountability mechanisms at various levels
documented and evaluated to highlight its impact

We will ask you several questions based on these 5 topics. After you answer all the questions, we will provide you with a list of recommendations to improve your scorecard.
