Learn about accessing our online courses, creating an account, signing-in to the Scorecard Hub and resetting your password.

Access our online courses

1. Visit the ‘Online courses’ page to access all of our training courses.

Create an account on the Scorecard Hub

To use our online courses, you need to create an account on the Scorecard Hub. Don’t worry, it only takes a few minutes to create an account. We only ask for your name, email address and a password.

1. Visit the ‘Create an Account’ page

2. On the ‘Create an Account’ page, enter your

• Name: Enter your full name here
• Email address: Make sure you check you have entered the correct email address. To activate your account, we will send an email to confirm that it is your email address.
• Password: We recommend creating a password with a mixture of letters, numbers and special characters (such as . ! ?), but all you need is for the password to be at least 6 characters long.

3. Click on the ‘Create account’ button

4. Check your inbox for an email to verify your account and email address. You need to click on the verification link in the email to activate your account.

If you have not received it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you can’t find your verification email, please contact us at scorecardhub@alma2030.org.

5. On the ‘Activate your account’ page, click on ‘Activate’.

6. After you have activated your account, you will be directed to the ‘Online courses’ page.

Sign in to the Scorecard Hub

1. Select ‘Sign In’ from the top of the Scorecard Hub website.

2. On the ‘Sign in’ page, enter your email address and the password you created for the hub.

Enroll in a course

1. Make sure you have an account for the Scorecard Hub and are signed-in to the website.

2. Visit the ‘Online courses’ page to view all available training courses.

3. On the ‘Online courses’ page, select the course you want to enroll in.

4. On the specific course page, select ‘Take this Course’ to enroll on the right side of the webpage (if you are on a bigger screen) or at the bottom of the page (if you are on a smaller screen, such as a smartphone).

Change or reset your password

If you are logged-in

1. Select ‘Your account’ from the top of the Scorecard Hub website, and then select the option ‘Your account’ from the dropdown.

2. On the ‘Your account settings’ page, you must enter your current password to make any changes.

3. Scroll down the ‘Your account settings’ page and under the ‘Change password’ header enter your new password twice.

4. Select the ‘Save all changes’ button.

If you have forgotten your password

1. Select ‘Sign In’ from the top of the Scorecard Hub website.

2. On the ‘Sign in’ page, select ‘Forgotten Password?’

3. Enter your email address and select ‘Reset Password’ button.

4. You will be redirected back to the ‘Sign in’ page and you will receive an email.

5. In the email, click on the reset your password link.

6. On the ‘Password reset’ page, enter your new password.

7. Select the ‘Reset Password’ button.

8. You will be redirected back to the ‘Sign in’ page where you can sign in with your new password.
