Description

Since 2016, Rwanda has not registered a single case of human African trypanosomiasis. In 2022, the World Health Organization certified that Rwanda had eliminated human African trypanosomiasis as a public health problem.

This video shows how multi-sector collaboration was vital to achieving the elimination. Partners included:
